It’s amazingly good,
Is there any way I can buy some of your peppered beef jerky online or over the phone? It’s amazingly good, and I don’t live anywhere near a Buc-ees!

I visited Buc-ee’s for the first time last week. I loved it! The food was excellent, I loved the fudge. The jerky was the most amazing jerky in the world! I got a shirt and I now proudly let everyone know if they’re out traveling, look for Buc-ee’s! I hope more are coming becasue I’d love to see one everywhere!!!

HEY!!
i just wanted to say that i love Bucees! I went to college in San Marcos and my parents live in Houston. I used to drive home a lot and i would always stop at the Bucees (both Luling and Giddings depending on traffic). Every time i stop at one of your gas stations its clean and everyone is so nice. Sadly enough, i once took the I-10 route to San Marcos just so i could stop at the “big store” to buy some pajama pants! In fact, i just drove my best friend from Houston to Alaska and I’m wearing the Bucees pants in some pictures… they are pretty funny. But i live in Jersey Village(in Houston) so I’m really excited because ya’ll are building a Bucees right by my house! And on top of all of that, my boyfriend lives in Denton, Tx. Ya’ll are building a Bucees at Madisonville which is right on my way. i wish it was a little further from Houston, but I’m not complaining! I just wanted to say that i love your stores and I’m a VERY SATISFIED customer. So is my entire family. !
Thanks for the great service!!!

Bucees
Bucees is an entertaining little gas station that advertises its store all along I-10 in Texas between Houston and San Antonio. One of the most entertaining billboards I’ve seen of theirs is one that simple says, “Ice. Made from scratch.”
This sort of self-depreciative humor is what you find in each of their advertisements, if you’re lucky enough to see them. We stop at the Bucees in Lake Jackson everytime I visit my dentist just to see if their bathrooms really are as clean as they would have us think.
As their now-famous billboard states, “Clean restrooms or your money back.” So, whether we actually need to use the bathroom or not, we’ll always wander in. I’ve never had the opportunity to force a local cashier pony over the cash on account of the bathrooms though.
I even have a refrigerator magnet at home that reads “Ice. Beer. Jerky. All three food groups!”
Everytime I enter a convenience store I walk around to the nick-knacks section. What is a nick-knack you ask? Well—it’s something entirely useless that is humorous and engaging when you see it in a convenience store. Bucees is my favorite convenience store to find these little items in.
They have all sorts of beaver-inspired paraphernalia, including neck rests and boxer-style underwear. Why would they carry paraphernalia like this? To answer simply, I think the paraphernalia adds to the business’ already humorous advertising strategy. Bucees billboards up and down I-10 are widely known as the cleverest advertisements outside of the Superbowl and the Budweiser frogs.
These billboards always prominently feature the company’s logo, a smiling beaver. I even once spotted a billboard once that simply said, “It’s a beaver!” It is this unique humor and the friendliness of the employees in Bucees that has made this my favorite nick-knack shop around!
My husband and I always make sure to stop at a Buc-ee’s to get gas, whenever possible. The lower gas prices help, but the real reason is that we like to be recognized.
The employees at the local Buc-ee’s always recognize us, and are genuinely nice everytime we come into the store. It is a business attribute that we no longer see in convenience stores—familiarity and recognition.
It reminds me of the old drug stores that used to service every small-town in rural Texas. Where every customer was known by name and maybe even birth date! While I would not want any young man calling out my year of birth these days, I would not mind if they showed me the same respect that the employees at Buc-ee’s show me.
In short, I hope to see more of these stores spring up all over the country. The small-town feel of each location is a recipe for success in these confusing and busy times.
We go to Buc-ee’s every Sunday after church and we love it! It is like a vacation walking through your store and when we have to leave it really stinks. We wish we could stay all day!! We love how Buc-ee\’s is clean and the employees are very friendly and give good service. We think it is amazing that you can sell everything we can think of. By the way we think Buc-ee is so cool!! You ROCK!! We even bought a Buc-ee\’s sticker and put it on the back of our car!! I would recomend a commercial on T.V. to get even more business.
Thanks For Everything,
Your Customer
According to my grandchildren, there seems to be a Buc-ee’s Beaver craze going on in Montgomery, Texas. They would like to know the history behind the name Buc-ee’s; also, are there any plans now, or in the future, to build a store in Montgomery, Texas with a possible location on Hwy 105?
To Whom it may concern
I would like to start off with I really do enjoy stopping at your locations, the service is always good and the stores are always clean, In my opinion the best rest stops and refilling stations around. I mostly frequent your I-10 location in between Houston and San Antonio, but recently me and my family took a vacation out towards Freeport.Well when i spotted a buc-ee’s down the road from the Canal House we rented I was excited.we decided to do all our quik trip for ice beverages and other junk food item at your store, but once i entered the store after looking around I could not find my most favorite items that you carry(Beaver Nuggets and your wonderful Beef Jerky.
these 2 items make me smile evertime I see your stores.I was Just wondering if there is a reason why you all do not carry these items at this store. We found this to be a very nice vacation area just to get away from the mass kaos of big city life, but the lack of jerky and nuggets kinda disappointed me(it sure would be nice if this store carried just a small section of Jerky and Nuggets). Anyways thanks goodness to the Buc-ee’s gods that you all have opened up a store just outside Houston In Pearland, believe me that was the one unplanned stop on the way home, and !
yes YES YES they had Jerky and Nuggets I Bought one bag of Jerky and two bags of Beaver Nuggets, mmmmm. Thanks ,and to your continued success Buc-ee’s #7
